I’m thrilled to be joining Decker Prairie Elementary this year as one of the new P.E Coaches!  This is my 25th year in Education and my 9th year with Tomball!  I began my career as  K-2 classroom teacher in England, responsible for all Physical Education throughout the school. Since that time I found my love for coaching  P.E and have never looked back.  I love what I do and would not trade being a P.E Teacher for anything else!

I am originally British and grew up in Worcestershire, England graduating from Birmingham University (B.Ed in Physical Education and Sports Science).  My family and I relocated to the USA, in Tomball 14 years ago and are now dual nationality American Citizens. I’ve been happily married for 19 years to my husband Craig, an Oxford University Alumni. We have two amazing children, Sophie, a Senior and James, a Freshman both at TMHS.

I love all outdoor and water sports!  My main passion in school and college was competitive swim and lifesaving. I still swim regularly and also enjoy being a deck referee and official for our summer community team and high school swim team. I also have had lots of fun participating in sprint triathlons.

My favorite sports teams are Manchester United and Houston Dynamo. I’m also a fan of The Astro's! Six Nations Rugby and Grand Prix Motorsports also feature  regularly in the Gleadell household!

P.E, Health and Wellness have always been important to me. My desire is to bring fun to P.E while teaching students skills and activities that will improve their health and fitness. I will help students tackle any challenges they may face while providing a positive environment  in which to learn. My hope is that students will develop the character traits and skills necessary to be successful individuals and athletes as they grow through life.

I cannot wait to get to know each and every Decker Prairie Cougar this year!  GO COUGARS !!!
