Hello! I am so excited to be your child's teacher!

This is my 22nd year teaching and 14th year at Decker Prairie. I graduated from Sam Houston State University. I am a super proud Mama of my Tomball High School daughter who also got her solid foundation at Decker Prairie Elementary. In my free time, I enjoy spoiling my three French Bulldogs and spending time with my family.

I absolutely love my job! For me, there is nothing better than watching the excitement in children's eyes and seeing the smiles on their faces as they learn something new. Thank you for sharing your child with me this year! Together we can achieve success!

This means no lunch visitors tomorrow as well. Class Valentine's Day parties are Thursday. Please make sure your child brings in a card addressed to his/her 19 classmates. Student holiday this Friday and next Monday!

MyOn Login Information

MyOn is a great new website that the students have access to at home and school. It contains a library full of books for students to read online.
Here are the steps to find myON for your child to use at home:
  1. Go to http://www.clever.com or from Mrs. Watson's library site, click "Library Links" and then the myON button
  2. Select at top right: "Log in as a student"
  3. Type in and select our school's name
  4. Select "Log in with Google"
  5. Enter your child's login: their#@elem.tomballschools.net
  6. Their password is tisd+birthdate (example: tisdmmddyyyy)
  7. This will take you to Clever, which houses all of the sites that our school or district pays for that the students can access. Scroll down and click on "myON"
  8. I would bookmark or save at this point.
Lots of good books right at their fingertips! :)

Parent Reservation Form For Class Party

We would love for you to join us at our Christmas party next Friday, Dec. 21st. The front office requires you to RSVP in advance to help make parent check in run smoothly with our new visitor check in system. The due date for the RSVP form is this Friday. The red RSVP form went home in last week's Wed folder. If you can't locate it, please send in a note stating that you will be coming to our class party along with your child's name, and your name (as it is on your TDL). Each child is allowed 2 guests. Please make sure if you are bringing along a guest to include his/her name as it appears on his/her TDL on your RSVP note. I've attached a copy of the red note that your child brought home last Wed.
