Office Hours

Until school resumes in person, we will have "office hours" on a weekly basis where we have set aside time to be readily available to answer your emails or make phone calls as needed. Of course, we will do our best to answer all of your questions as quickly as we can outside of these office hours as well.

Office hours:
Mondays from 9:00am - 10:00am
Tuesdays from 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Because we cannot do it ourselves, please hug your kid for us and let them know how much we miss and love them.

Optional Activities Week of 3/16

Optional Google Classroom activities

Hello parents! I know that many of you are looking for activities to keep your kids busy this week. We have created a Google Classroom with optional activities for a variety of subjects. Some just need the computer while others require printing.

Keep in mind that students are used to the automated features of their school Chromebooks. They are not used to typing in their email addresses, and most of their IDs and passwords are automatically linked for them when they are at school. They may need some assistance typing in their email addresses or accessing some things.

1) Go to Google Classroom. https://classroom.google.com/

You can also download this as an app to our phone or device.

2) Log in:
Username: ######@elem.tomballschools.net (student ID number)
Password: tisdMMDDYYYY (date of birth)
Make sure the tisd in the password is lower case.

3) Bookmark this website and save your password for future use!

4) We have sent an invitation to every student. When they log in, they will already have the "Homeschool" class waiting for them. They just need to accept the invitation.

5) Click on "Classwork" instead of stream to see activities organized by subject.

6) Have fun!

We will remain flexible as district and campus leaders are working diligently to plan for long-term delivery of instruction through remote learning. Our District is dedicated to implementing a plan to provide quality instruction from the comforts of one’s home as we practice social distancing. Please continue to monitor your email and visit the District website and social media channels for more information on our plans regarding remote learning.
